The guy was in one of the apartments for work and was horrified to see an apartment of alcoholics. There lives a cat there, which no one cares about, which is clear from the photo (photograph) that he sent. I really asked for help to find a place for her (he is on practical training, lives in a dormitory (hostel) and therefore cannot take a cat because it is not allowed). The conditions where the cat lives... there are none at all. How the cat is still alive eating garbage is completely incomprehensible.
