A Belarusian woman threw kittens into the trash again. This time, the homeless man refused to kill them, so she decided to do it herself. Evidence was found in the trash bag with the kittens. In connection with this, employees of the Zhlobin District Department of Internal Affairs were called to inspect the incident and interview witnesses. Further prevention of repeated cases of abuse of animals and citizens of the Republic of Belarus is in the hands of the state itself.
